IVP Discusses CA Presidential Primary Rules on KUSI News

In California, No Party Preference “NPP” voters can vote in the Democratic, Libertarian, or American Independent primaries. But, only if they request a party ballot. For mail in voters, if they don’t inform the county registrar, they will not have a chance to vote for a presidential candidate at all.

IVP attorney, Chad Peace, joined San Diego County registrar, Michael Vu, on KUSI News to discuss California’s presidential primary rules for NPP voters and what they need to do to participate.
